Brief of the Role & Responsibilities :

1. Market study Understand the Operation of the Machine Understand the Application area. Study the Market competition & make comparison.

2. Prepare Designs and Drawings Define Specifications as per technical requirements Prepare designs of various models Draft the models for Manufacturing designs Review designs as per Manufacturing Feasibility.Review Designs as per quality control specifications.Define Costing and Estimations.

3. Manufacture Prototypes Search & Qualify vendors for manufacturing prototypes Take up manufacturing of prototypes Review quality control on manufacturing Deliver prototypes.

4. Testing & Onfield trials Inhouse Testing to be conducted Onfield trials to be conducted and reports to be generated.

5. Handover for Production On successful completion of Trials & Testing Report.Handover to production team for bulk manufacturing.

Brief of the Role & Responsibilities :

1. To generate the sales & service revenue & achieve the sales target.

2. Must Be Capable of Handling Objection and Using Product/ Service Benefits to Respond to Customer.

3. Responsible for identifying opportunities and establishing new business, sales turnover targets and regularly discuss/review with customers if any.

4. To source, follow up and secure new business for the company to ensure optimal growth for the company's products, in accordance with new business targets set.

5. Capability building by ensuring continuous training to team members, and proactive cooperation.

6. Sales of Industrial Bolting and Machining solutions for B2B customers.Meeting customers regularly.

7. Prepare techno-commercial offer and close the order.

8. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support.

9. Negotiating sales orders, terms and conditions.

10. Would be responsible for handling designated region allotted to him.

11. Would be responsible for dormant, new and existing clients of the allotted region.

12. Responsible for the collection of business generated in that specific region.

13. Will be responsible for resolving site technical issues.

14. Gathering market and customer information.

15. Technical Marketing & presentation.

16. Project coordination and team coordination.

17. Tool servicing & maintenance.

18. Maintaining accounts and generating sales revenue.

19. Working under sales targets and generating sales revenue.

20. Cold Calling potential customers.

21. Working on projects and B2B customer base

22. Travelling as per requirement – Pan India –IMP.

Brief of the Role & Responsibilities :

1. Hiring Person,Training Regarding Expense and Guiding for work.

2. Accomodation Finalization, Travelling of People, Tracking of Work.

3.Gate pass Process and Documentation.

4.Clearance of Voucher of Travelling & Accommodation, Medical, RTPCR, Client for Gate pass.

5. Expense Booking,Manpower Replacement,Ticket Bookings,Attende for all Site, Manpower Mobilization.

Knowledge on Machining Processes of VMC, CNC, Drilling and more.

Understanding of Metallurgy of Steel and Aluminium Materials , Vendor Development and Management.

Understanding of 2D drawings and Tolerances.
